Forum Driving Me Crazy
It's great to have somewhere that you can ask questions and get answers but it's even better if you don't have to spend hours finding the answer
It feels all jumbled and disjointed. You find a thread read 4 post to find it closed and jump to somewhere else.
The forum looks purposefully bloated with duplicate content that does little for the useability of the place.
If a post is made and 3/4 posts are made to a thread and it's closed and it offers nothing to the forum why not delete it? I can't see the point in these threads apart from making the place look busy and wasting time.
It's the same with tutorials, solutions, workarounds etc why aren't they in one place one post and locked and sticky with discussion about them being made else where.
Why isn't there a version related folder with all the fixes and mods in the one folder instead of having to trawl through page after page of material you thought was relevant only to find that actually it wasn't because it changes for the version of CP that you are using.
Does anyone else feel that the place is a bit like a spiders web or is it just me being a noooob
