    Frontpage sorting of a custom field such as date

    Hi,

    How can I change the front page tabs for Random, Newly Listed etc to a tab that can be sorted by date of a custom field, this would be for upcoming events with ads that have a date specified.

    Any help would be appreciated or if anyone could do some some modding work then please contact me.
