when I change featured.php or single-ad-listing.php nothing happens !!!!!!!!!

I REMOVED the price tag block from the header but it's still showing the yellow lable !!!! u know when I refresh the page I can see all mods have been saved !!! I clear the browsing data ! reset my sys then again this funny problem !!!!
