Header section - substitute for a pic

Evening all,

Hoping you can point me in the right direction (again!)

I am using the red theme - black header on a site and would like to experiment with the theme template a little.

The black/grey (header) portion of the theme I would like to replace with a graphic. can anyone tell me where to access this in the files(s) in order for me to replace in a pic?
