My site is for vehicles classified

I appeal as a light to solve my problems.

Four items prevent me from disclosing my site definitely.

1-The registration form for new user: I need to have more data about the person who signs up and its location, I need the box accepting the terms, it is a security for the website owner.

2 - Confirmation of registration of new user by sending a link to the e-mail and only after clicking on that link can publicize the site.

3-Advanced Search: create new fields as search for lower-higher price, year of manufacture, brand, model, version.

4 - The current advanced search limited value in less than 5000. Here in my country a popular car costs around 22000. It also limits the distance in only 100 km.
