Help with coding

I tried changing some code on my website www.boatfairy.com so the date of the ads would not be showing. I found instructions on how to do this on this forum but must have done something incorrectly. So while I have removed the date that the ad was posted, I am getting the following error message above the "Refine Results" form.

Does anyone know what I did wrong? I don't know much about coding and would be willing to hire someone if they want the job.
