Help Needed Please: Fatal Error when updating profile.
Can someone please provide guidance on the following error when someone attempts to update their profile:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_user() (previously declared in /home4/jmgraith/public_html/welcome/wp-admin/includes/user.php:17) in /home4/jmgraith/public_html/welcome/wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 18

Any help is appreciated!
