help uploading paypal reoccurring charges mod and user rating plugin.

I bought a paypal mod and was given these instructions but I can not figure out how to upload this. Please help:

BACKUP ! BACKUP First. (DONE)

Step1: upload all files and folders inside to themes/classipress/includes (***WHERE IS THIS LOCATED????)

Step2: If required Overwrite all files and folders

Step3: go to classipress admin area -> gateways -> paypal -> Enable Paypal Recurring Payments = YES

Step4: go to classipress admin area -> packages -> make atleast 1 membership package

Step5: TEST & Go

Also, I am having this fatal error when I upload the user rating plugin. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Please help!! I have tried to ask for their support but they are in a different time zone and keep telling me my ticket has been answered. Im new at this, so a step by step would be greatly appreciated!!!
