Hide Decimals for Prices

Hi, is there a way to hide decimals without rounding up the amounts.
For instance:
In Admin, Hide Decimals for Prices: No
Membership price shows as: $19.95
Ads prices show as: $2,500.00

In Admin, Hide Decimals for Prices: Yes
Membership price shows as: $20 (Classipress rounds up numbers)
Ads prices show as: $2,500

I need the membership to still show as $19.95 and the Ads prices not to show $2,500 (no decimals for the cents)
