    Question Hide first level category and instead display only secong level

    I have only 2 categories of level 1 and more of categories in level 2 and 3.

    Therefore I would like to ask if it is possible to hide level 1 categories and instead show level 2 as level 1 with some formatting in css.

    For example:

    I have

    A
    -b
    --c
    --c2

    I want to show

    B
    -c
    -c2
