Hiding sellers e-mail in add

Hi everyone,

I'd like to make sellers e-mails invisible and change the contact form seen in the sidebar.

I want sellers to give their e-mails when registering, but I dont want the e-mails to be
seen be other website users. So I need to hide the e-mail info in the adds and make
contact form automatically sending messages to e-mails given by sellers, with no need
to fill "e-mail" field (actually I'd like to completely remove this field).

Hope I explained it well enough ;] my English isn't perfect.
