how to add ad-tag in to add-category

i saw some Classipress website has this features and i don't know how they add ad-tag in to add-category for example :-


i want to do like this - www.mywebsite.com/ad-tag/computer-for-sale when some one click on this link it should go to relevant category and should show all the ads listed in that category, if i chose computer for sale ad-tag to place on computer category, result must be show all the ads listed in computer category
