How can I add an article bellow each location home page for seo purpose?

Hi there,

I would like to add one main seo article bellow the ads in the home page of every location, for seo purpose.... I believe this will be best place to add the main seo article for each location and use this url for link building, because users will land directly in the ad page of the location they are interested (not a blog page) and so the chances of converting those visitors should be higher. I will then use the blog to add ongoing new content.

So for example the url could be www.site.com/beijing-ads and show the ads in Beijing with the seo article showing bellow the first row/page of ads.

Can someone please tell me if there is an easy way to do this?

Also if you are doing something different for seo and is working I would appreciate if you let me know...
