    How I can change the design?

    For example, I want change design of this block:

    Before:
    screenshot1.jpg

    After:
    screenshot2.jpg

    How you can see — I want use design from PHPBB3 for all block of CP.
    And this is not just another CSS code, I think it must be more work.

    Where I can found code&files for this rework?
