How can step1 auto-select the category?

Hi,

I'm testing the Classipress theme with a view to using it as the basis of a property-only classified ad's website.

On Step1 of the "Submit Your Listing" process, the Category drop-down for my site will only ever have 1 category listed which is "Property".

Can anyone suggest how I can change the code in step1.php or another file so that the "Property" category is selected by default and the next sub-level drop-down list appears (which has the options of "House" or "Flat") or what else could be done so that a user doesn't need to select "Property" as it will be the default selection and will never change.
