    How do I change the background colour of the Header to white #FFFFFF ?

    How do I change the background colour of the Header (above the Menu tabs) and Body (below the Menu Tabs) to white #FFFFFF ?

    I am not talking about changing it to photo/picture ,but just a pure clean white to male the whole site look more professional.

    Can leave the listing box and widget box as it is...
