How to change the size of images

I would like change size of images to look like on the Grid child theme.
How can I do it?

To be honest I cannot understand why appthemes still update the theme with those ugly, small unprofessional looking images.
Almost every developer of child themes change that small images straight way to the bigger size.
Also, if you sell featured ads it is harder, most people prefer seeing their ads to be visible, not in small, hardly visible pictures
