    How do i create a CONTACT US form?

    I am trying to add a CONTACT US button so people can get in touch with us regarding any issues or queries?

    Have used the plugin 'Contact Form 7' before but it does not seem to work in the window window.

    I love this product but surely it should have a standard simple contact form somewhere??
