How to create diffrent listing form for diffrent category Also removing price field

I would like to add different categories which may need different listing form. For example I am adding a " matrimonial" category in which only Two sub categories " Brides" and "Grooms" Also the listing fields are different:

1. Need to remove the price tag and price field
2. Need to add different fields for "age" "Interest" "hobbies" so on.

Basically when someone select " matrimonial" category the listing form should different and it should apply for this category only. This form structure should also reflect when I try to edit the ad.

There is also another issue I am facing is Only USA states listed. I am using this classipress for a different country. Country should be the first one to be selected from list of countries and states related to that country should be populated.
