How to make core fields removeable from form layout?

Hi,

Is there a way to make a core field removeable from the form layout? For example, if a field like Description, being a core field, has the "remove from layout" function disabled from the Form Layout, how can I make it possible to enable it for "remove from layout" function? Maybe I have some categories of ads which I do not want a particular core field and so I want to enable the "remove from Layout" function in order not to include that core field in the form layout for those categories of ads.

Any idea?
