how do i make featured ad slider pics bigger ?

im using 3.0.3 not 3.0.1 or 3.0.2 I have looked at previous threads and did apply the code, however, it dont work on 3.0.3 (part of the code does,but not all) is there a way using my admindashboard i can alter the size of the images on the slider?
