how to make uncollapsed refine search options as a default setting

hello

i would like to be able to have the refine search options to appear as uncollapsed as a default setting, so they are more visible to the user here is a screen shot of how they are displayed by default.

I want them to look like the second photo as a default setting , without the need for the user to click the little arrow every time .
