    how many users at ip address

    hi just wondering if an option is available either in classipress or if there is a plugin someone knows of on marketplace that will tell me how many users are at a certain address.
    basically i would not want a user to create bogas adds or stupid adds and if they did i would know its coming from a certain user that's already registered or house hold and maybe block ip totally untill a matter is resolved.
