    How to open blog post featured image in lightbox?

    Is it possible to open blog post featured image in a lightbox after a visitor clicks the featured blog post image thumbnail?
    If so, I would be very grateful if anyone could explain me how to enable such feature, so that it would work similar to ad's page.
    I searched the forum, but couldn't find anything useful that could solve my issue.
