How to remove the "Sub Categories" box when there are no more categories?
I'm interested in something similar to this thread...

... but I want the entire "Sub-Categories" box or widget to not even be there when there are no more categories to display. It's kind of a waste of space telling a user that the sub-categories has no more categories.
