How to replace ad short description with some fields

Hi,

I would like to replace the short info of each ad, which is now visible at the top of the ad as excerpt, with 4 field types.

Is there a coder who I can pay and can help me out, do I need a PHP hook? Is there a plugin for this?

Because right now, especially on mobile, it's a bit messy. I would only like to highlight those 4 field types and then below the ad info if people want to click further.
