How to show "More from this ad poster" in sidebar or under the individual ad?

Hi all

I have tried contacting Firestorm developers (they have developed postpanda.com) because I would very much like to buy the options they have under their individual ads.

"More from this poster"

and the widget the have in the sidebar

"More ads in this category"

But I guess they are real busy because I have not heard from them. So can anyone tell me how to achive theese possibilities? Are there wordpress widgets that can do this which can be found on wordpress.org or anywhere else.
