How to transfer full classipress content from present domain to a new one?

Hi All!
Can anyone help me with the following please!
Due to changing the country i was going to launch my classipress site, I have to get a new domain but I already have plenty of work done on my original domain and all i need to do is transfer all this work to my new domain.
Is there a way to do this o is it just a matter to upload the complete content to the new domain?
