    Idea

    Hi I am not sure if this has been asked before but here goes:

    Is there a plugin out there anywhere which restrict users from viewing newly listed ADS until 24Hrs have past, and if user wants to view the ADS straight away they must pay a fee to see the listing before the 24HRS period.

    Anyone know of a plugin or code which could do this?
