Image captions, search filters, featured ads per category and custom ad packs

Hi,

I have a couple of issues with the theme:

1. Photos don't have captions, is there a way a poster could edit them and add description, captions, alt text and tags?
2. How can i filter content? i.e. search results filter by number of rooms, number of bathrooms and so on...
3. I think it's imperative that featured classifieds show in their category instead of showing on the main page, can this be done?
4. I want to build packs and configure them by price: free can upload only 3 photos, paid can upload more photos and videos. Also, i want to limit the number of free ads a poster can publish in a month. Any advice on this?
