Image not displaying in some sponsored ads

on my site site pour enthousiasme de VROn Roule en VR I managed to placed sponsored ads on the home page. I wanted the same ads to be displayed elsewhere on the site: Page, etc

I copied the same structure as for the home page to the sponsored box for those locations but the image are not showing. If you click on the link you do get directed to the correct site.

I tried entering the information manually, pressing return after each entry, etc but I can get the images to display. Do I need separate image for each ad?
