Image Size Issue - Resizing possible?

Hi,

When using the post-an-ad form, the user will sometimes be uploading photos from their digital cameras, likely exceeding the max size you set. It will also take loads of time just to get the error message, and if multiple images are being uploaded, no one will want to wait.

Is there a plugin which allows the resizing of images directly on the website? Preferably, they could click an upload button, choose their image, resize it, and then upload it.

If not, are there any websites that are good for resizing images? That way we can point our users to those sites somewhere in the post-an-ad form.
