Import Categories / Subcategories / Slugs...

Hi,

I am trying to import a bunch of categories into my website, but having problem. I have used the batch-category-import plugin from the wordpress website, the categories have been added successfully after import, but the categories are in the posts section of wordpress. How do I put them into the classipress ad categories section so they can be used in my Citrus Night theme? I don't have to put the one-by-one do I? I have so many. I am sure there is a simple solution for this. Anyone?

I am using Wordpress 3.5.1
I have classipress 3.3
I have citrus night theme 3.0
