Import function added to User/Author dashboard (not admin) + other. Will pay $$

Need to have import function added to user/author dashboard (not admin).

Unlike the default Classipress csv import, the field id for author would be auto-filled. This means not required in the csv or left blank then auto-filled when processing.

Other:

• Option to display import function in user/author dashboard if they have a membership package. Must be easy to change; default is membership not required.

Must be compatible with latest Classipress release. Will pay $20 via PayPal (I pay fees) upon successful testing of code.
