Inserting tabs onto new page

I am adding tabs to a new page and seem to be having some problem with the way the text reacts after I click on each tab. Each tab I press moves the subsequent text down the screen. The page is located at: http://www.gunboard.net/manuals.

Here is the code I am using right now. I have put some text and simple links in it for testing, but have another download plugin that I will be using after testing is complete.


If it looks familar, it is. I got it from the index.php and am trying to modify for my needs. This way the tabs look the same as the rest of the website. Can someone look at the webpage and the code and see what I am missing?

Oh, and one more thing; can someone tell me how the hell to get the border around the download icon to disappear. The standard border="0" does not work.
