    Issue with State/country dropdown - ANYONE HAVE A FIX

    Hi

    As no one from APPTHEMES wasn't to deal with this (have given it two weeks) I will throw it out to the community. In v3.1.5, even if you choose the UK or France you can't move on because the script requires that you enter a USA state, even though your not in the USA. Appthemes solution was to turn of the state field but I want it as an option for my site, anyone have any ideas how to fix this code issue.
