Language Drop-Down using .mo file

I just a need drop-down menu including a list of languages. when selected the who items inserted in .mo file can change ! ie the website owner puts three languages Fance,English and Espanol .mo files in ClassiPress folder. then when user selects the language from the drop-down language menu the list of .mo included languages appear and the whole menus and dashboard will change into selected language (exracted from the relevant .mo file. I think for a guy like Dave 's not gon' be a big deal to do it
