Linking 3 classipress to 1 DB

Hi,

I'm working at the same time on 3 classipress websites : one which gathers addings in France and the 2 others corresponding to 2 regions of France.
The 3 sites are connected to the same DB (i've used the prefix system when I installed each one), i.e each one has its own tables.
Now, my question is : is it possible to make the 2 mini sites "connecting" to the general site tables i.e is it possible that when a "customer" when he registers and posts an add in one of the 2 mini sites, those informations appear at the same time in the global site.
