List all Ad users under one menu

Hello,

I am just after a specific requirement.

Is there a way where I can list all ad user under one roof that is by creating a menu called sellers.

Something similar to this - http://enginethemes.com/demo/classifiedengine/sellers/

To give more detailed description:

when a general user views the website there would be a Seller menu, when clicked they can see the list of people who has registered and posted Ad's.

Hope some one would help me out.
