looking for someone able to code a small change to classipress

I am using classipress 3.2.1 and would like someone to send me a quote for the following;

When a user clicks on the "post an Ad" and they are not registered it sends them to a registration page. This is the page I want modified. This page defaults to a page with two spaces for username and password, along with a link to connect. Below that is a text link for new users. The modification I am looking for would have a button that says "Nouveau usager" that brings them to the new user registration page. This button should be the first to appear on the page with the original username and password below it.
