Make a donation on last payment page

I understand you can create a button in PayPal to accept a donation then paste the code to your page but really what I want is the final order confirmation page which lists the pricing structure to have an option at the bottom (like a tickbox) that says 'donate xx% amount to this charity' and then when re-directed to Paypal the listing amount and donation amount is there ready to be paid. Possible?
