Make the featured add option more visible to the user. (step 2)

When the users post a new add, they have the option of paying a fee for making the add a featured add.

The text shown to the user is taken from the PO files, but this is a very "plain" text message.

There is no setup of this, like the terms and conditions text etc.

So what do you do if you want the featured option to stand out for the user, so the benefits of having a featured add is more visible to the user, and he/she is more likely to sign up for the extra featured option.
