Making further edits to the "Post an Ad" page?

I need to edit a couple things on the "Post An Ad" page. I've literally spent half an hour attempting to find where these little text labels are coming from in the source files, but I just can't find it.

I just want to change what the title says, which currently says "Submit your listing" and the two little labels at the bottom that say "Cost Per Listing" and "Select A Category" (see screenshot for the areas circled in red). These must be edited to make more sense for my specific site. Any idea where in the source code I can find these?
