    Managing Presentation of Ad Sub-Categories

    Currently we have a [Categories] tab in our header menu. When the tab is hovered over a drop-down list presents the current categories and all sub-categories. See the attached.

    I would like to ONLY have the list of states present when the [Categories] tab is hovered over. Once a particular state is clicked on, I would like the sub-categories to present. How do I do this?
