    Max file size for pictures recommendation?

    What is the maximum file size that you recommend implimenting? I'm in the process of creating my classified site and currently have it set to 250KB, but don't know if that's too small. I also realize the more this is increased, the more it can impact loading.

    Any suggestions based on your experiences would be appreciated.

    1,2, or 5 megs what happens when they upload a bigger file than you set?
