    Unhappy Minimum number of postings...

    Is there any way to make it so that a person has to post a certain number of ads in a certain category before they can read or post in another?

    Anyone found any plugins out there that could manage this? I think Role Scoper *may* be on it's way, but the thing it lacks (as far as I can tell) is a user promotion system...
