    Mobilizing ClassiPress

    Rank amateur here. Could anyone answer some very basic questions? Do plugins like WPtouch convert an already built website to a mobile one or do you have to build a mobile website from scratch? What about these mobile services that mobilize your website for you? Are they effective? In a few sentences can you tell me what first steps I should take to go mobile. Thank you in advance.
