    Mod needed: Full Euro without cent

    Hi there,
    I would like to allow only whole-number prices, e.g. 3€, 17€, 30€ between 0€ and 99€.
    If a user enters a price to his ad he will be forced to enter one or two numeric values,
    i.e. 99€ will be the highest and 0€ the lowest price.

    I request the codechanges and installation instructions to replace the code on my own.
