Move one of the ad fields to a box in right hand sidebar, above email contact form

I want to allow youtube videos in my ads, but when I put them in the main ad body it makes it all long and thin in one side of the ad, with nothing in the other side of it, and it looks really unbalanced. So I thought it would be good if that youtube field could be shifted into a separate panel or box, in the right hand column, where the map/contact/poster sidebar is. Just above it in fact - level with where the photo is now. And then the map/contact/poster panel slots underneath it.

Has anyone done anything like this before? And if so, could they advise on code? Or perhaps would I need a plug-in - there are so many I don't know where to start. Any help much appreciated.
