    move the register and login area top of screen

    Hi i wonder if any one could help me to move the (welcome,register and login ) at the very top of screen, generaly i would like it place on my navigation bar, or further more if it was removed would the same option still be available in the join now area, for example when they join, would that area saying join now vanish and just say login.
    Any guidence to do this would be greatfull, i have searched and read most login tuts but not sure if this has been answered, if it has please enlighten me.
